Your body keeps a record of the day before the migraine: the HRV that dropped, the stress that stayed high, the recovery that never came. MigraineMe collects those numbers every morning and tests each one against your attacks.

HRV, resting heart rate, recovery score, strain, stress index, steps, time in high heart rate zones, respiratory rate, SpO2 and skin temperature, whichever your device measures. Each one is shown in Monitor under Physical with your attacks laid over it.
Stress does not need a device. Enter a number for the day, or just mention it in the evening check-in and the app records it. Stress high and stress low are triggers in the catalogue like any other.
Steps high and low, stress high and low, recovery high and low, and high heart rate zones low are automatic triggers. Set the severity you believe in and let the correlation engine tell you whether the data agrees.
Garmin, Apple Watch, Polar, Oura and WHOOP, plus anything that writes to Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS.
Connecting a wearable and choosing which data to collect is yours to do in Settings. The analysis layer on top of it is Premium.
No. HRV and resting heart rate come from your connected wearable or Health Connect. The app reads them, it does not measure them.
