Most triggers never get logged because logging them is work. MigraineMe takes the work away: your phone reports screen time and noise, your calendar hands over the workouts and the heavy days, and anything the app cannot measure you can still name yourself and it gets the same statistics.

Screen time and late-night use come from your phone's usage statistics once you grant access. Ambient noise comes from the microphone. Sleep can come from the phone too: the longest screen-off gap of the night is read as your sleep, so even without a wearable your nights are in the data.
With calendar access, workouts and yoga are picked up from your events, and stress-heavy meeting days are spotted. Each one is a single tap to confirm or skip. The access is read-only and nothing is ever written back.
The app ships with a catalogue across sleep, environment, diet, body, cognitive, physical and menstrual cycle, and many of them fire automatically when your data crosses a line: pressure low, bedtime late, steps low, stress high, UV index low, thunderstorm days, jet lag. Anything else you can add in your own words, and a custom trigger gets the same correlation statistics as a built-in one.
Weather, sleep, body and phone triggers fire on their own when the data crosses your line: for example pressure low, humidity high, bedtime late, sleep disturbances high, steps low, stress high, recovery low, and screen time. Food, medicines and anything you experience are logged by you or picked up from the check-in.
Yes. Manage Items holds every trigger with its severity; set one to no influence and it stops counting.
Weather uses your location at city level only, never your exact address. It is used for weather and timezone, nothing else.
