Appointments are short and memory is bad. The full report is everything the app knows about your migraines in one scrollable document and one PDF. And if you work with a practitioner, they can see it too, data point by data point, only where you say so.

Frequency over time, top patterns and trigger interactions, which treatments and lifestyle changes are working, the activities and locations around your attacks, severity, pain location and aura breakdowns, missed-activity counts, and the full migraine timeline with a spider chart of what was happening around each attack.
The inputs are yours to edit. Change any logged migraine, adjust a trigger's severity in Manage Items, filter the whole report by time range or tags. The AI-derived parts are read on top of that, never instead of it. Export it as a PDF for your neurologist or GP.
MigraineMe has a directory of migraine practitioners. Ask one for a first conversation, free and with no obligation. They see your note and either accept or decline. Nothing is booked, and none of your diary is shared by asking.
After a practitioner accepts, you pick data point by data point what they may see: attacks and symptoms, triggers, food, sleep, heart, activity, cycle, treatments, insights and your setup answers. Read-only, and you can revoke any of it at any time. Practitioners work from their own dashboard at migraineme.app/practitioner, which shows the same Monitor cards, Insights and Full Report sections you see in the app, for the clients who let them in.
The doctor-ready Full Report PDF is part of Premium.
No. Client data appears only on the practitioner dashboard, never inside the practitioner's own MigraineMe app.
Sign in with your listed email at migraineme.app/practitioner. The dashboard shows your clients' data exactly as the app shows it, for the data they consented to.
