A migraine app that treats everyone the same is a diary with a coat of paint. MigraineMe builds a model from your answers on day one, keeps the values where you can see and edit them, and every week checks whether your data has drifted from them.

Setup is a short set of questions about your attacks: how often, how long, how severe, when they hit, warning signs, medication, what you already suspect. From those the app suggests a model, and every trigger gets a severity you decide: reliably triggers, contributes, might play a role, or no influence. You can run setup, or rerun it, any time from Profile.
Every week the AI checks whether your logged data has drifted from your settings. Only when it has do you get proposals. Each one shows the current value, the suggested value and the reason, and you accept or reject them one by one. What you reject is not proposed again. If nothing has changed, nothing is proposed and you are not disturbed.
The Accuracy card shows how well the risk score has lined up with your logged attacks, so you know whether to trust a high day. Manage Items and Risk Model hold the values the app actually runs on, and you can edit them any time. The AI needs about five logged attacks before it has anything to say; findings sharpen with more days of data, not different behaviour.
No. It proposes, you decide. Nothing changes until you accept a proposal, and a quiet week produces no proposals at all.
Your attacks, your triggers and prodromes with their severities, and the decay weights that spread a trigger's effect over the following days, compared with what your data shows.
Yes. Answer everything again and recalibrate your profile from Profile at any time.
