Weather is the trigger nobody can avoid and almost nobody logs. MigraineMe pulls it for your location every day, plots it against your migraine days, and puts the forecast on the same graph so a pressure drop is visible before it arrives.

Pressure is pulled for your location and plotted in Monitor under Environment with your migraine days marked. The graph carries a forecast zone, so a drop due tomorrow is already on screen today. Pressure low and pressure high are automatic triggers you can weight like any other.
Each is tracked daily with high and low triggers. UV index low is on by default; the others are yours to switch on. Thunderstorm days are flagged on their own and count like any other trigger.
Altitude, altitude change, travel and jet lag are all in the trigger catalogue, so a flight or a mountain weekend does not slip past. Location is used at city level only, never your exact address, and detection stays timezone-accurate when you travel.
Barometric pressure, temperature, humidity, UV index, thunderstorm days and altitude, plus altitude change.
The weather graph shows the forecast zone ahead of today, and the 7-day risk outlook carries what the forecast implies for you.
Weather needs it. You can skip it, but then the weather layer is empty. Only city-level location is collected.
